Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Pink Barn Co, we offer flexible purchase options including one-time purchases and subscription-based products (such as The Barn Bag). Please review the terms below regarding cancellations and changes.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases are processed immediately upon checkout. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Subscription Purchases (The Barn Bag)

The Barn Bag is a monthly subscription service that renews automatically unless canceled.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
• Cancellations must be made through your customer account or by contacting us at pinkbarnco@gmail.com
• If your renewal has already been processed, that month’s box cannot be canceled and will ship as scheduled.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Pink Barn Co to charge your selected payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

No Mid-Cycle Refunds

We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for subscriptions once a payment has been processed for that cycle.

Changes to Subscription

You may update your shipping address or payment information at any time before your next billing date to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
