At Pink Barn Co, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Subscription Boxes (The Barn Bag)

  • The Barn Bag is a monthly subscription.
  • Orders typically ship by the 10th of each month.
  • You will receive tracking information once your box ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pink Barn Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pink Barn Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re always happy to help guide you through the process.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
