Return & Refund Policy
At Pink Barn Co, we put a lot of care into every piece we send out. Because many of our items are small-batch, limited release, or made-to-order, we have a limited return policy.
All Sales Final (Subscription Items)
The Barn Bag subscription boxes and all monthly tees are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit when appropriate.
Exchanges (If Offered on Future Drops)
Because inventory is limited, we do not guarantee size exchanges. If exchanges are available for a specific drop, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
Subscription cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
Pink Barn Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact your carrier for delivery issues, and we’ll help where we can.
